Deposits

Your retainer(Deposit) secures your session date, planning, editing time, and any shoot-related expenses booked in advance.

All retainers are applied toward your total session balance.

 

  • Yes.

    All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your date and time.

    • Portrait sessions require a $100 non-refundable retainer

    • Events, studio sessions, and branding projects require a 25% non-refundable retainer

    Dates are not secured until the retainer has been paid.

  • Your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation. If not received, your session slot will be released to other clients.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session, before the shoot begins.
    You’re welcome to pay in advance if you’d like!

  • Yes - one complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours notice.

Rescheduling & Cancelations

 

  • Yes, you can reschedule once at no extra cost if you give at least 72 hours' notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel and reschedule within 30 days, your deposit can be applied toward a future session.
